Cancellation/Refund

You can return the products you ordered from Jera Mini within 14 days from the date of delivery to you or to the person/organization at the address you indicated, provided that they are unused and the packaging is intact, without giving any reason.

In order to initiate your refund process, you must provide information to info@jeramini.com via e-mail.

After informing Jera Mini Customer Service about your refund request with your order number, we kindly ask you to send the product(s) together with your invoice, unused, labelled, and undamaged. The shipping cost of all returns and exchanges belongs to the buyer.

The conditions under the refund are as follows;

• We kindly ask you to send the product you want to return, together with its original invoice, to the return address specified by Jera Mini in an unused, labelled, and undamaged packaging.
• If the invoice of the product you want to return is issued on behalf of an institution, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Otherwise, the refund process cannot be completed.
• The return of the products whose original box/packaging/package is damaged, whose cargo label is affixed on the box/packaging/package, and which are taped with duct tape, are not accepted. Products received in this way will be sent back as received, with the other party paid.
• All standard accessories of the product, if any, must be shipped undamaged and in full original packaging.
• Returns are not accepted if clothing products have been used and modified.

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.

In cases where it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

After your product is received by Jera Mini, its compliance with the above-mentioned return conditions is checked. In case the return process is approved, the product price will be refunded to you within 5 working days from the confirmation notification sent to your e-mail address, in line with your payment method. If your return does not comply with the return conditions, the relevant product will be sent back to your address by courier to be paid by you.

When the return of the product price is completed, you will be notified via e-mail. If the payment method is “Money Transfer/EFT”, the refund will be made to your IBAN account that you have notified. For payments by credit card, the product price is returned to the credit card you paid for. If you have made your payment in instalments, your repayment will be made at the same rate as your instalment amount. The reflection time of your refund on your statement varies depending on your bank. In case of delay, you can get detailed information from your bank. When the return of the product price is completed, you will be notified via e-mail.

If there is a discount coupon you used in your order, it will be redefined to your account during the return process. The amount of time remaining in the discount coupon on the date of your order will start again with the refund process to be made.

Exchange

You can exchange the products you ordered from Jera Mini within 14 days from the date of delivery to you or the person/organization at the address you indicated, provided that they have not been used.

In order to initiate your exchange process, we kindly request you to inform us via e-mail to info@jeramini.com. The shipping cost of all returns and exchanges belongs to the buyer. If the product you want is available in our stock, the exchange process is made within 5 working days.
