Delivery and shipping costs

Please note order delivery might take longer than usual due to holiday season.

All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in France. Which carrier we use depends on your location.

Delivery & Cancellation
Once the order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking e-mail once the package has been sent. Delay might occur on international shipping, if the package is held at customs.

We cannot reroute packages or change the contents of your orders, once they have been shipped, so please ensure your shipping details, personal information, and selected items are accurate at the time of checkout.

Please make sure to choose whether you would like to receive your order directly to your house or via a local pick-up point. Be aware that for some countries/territories the option of having your parcel delivered to a pick-up point is not possible.

If your package has been delivered to a collection point, please make sure to collect it in time, before it is returned to our warehouse. If your package is returned to our warehouse, it cannot be re-sent and we will not cover the shipping costs. You will have to cover the shipping costs in such circumstances.
